About the Role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise platforms through strong observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.
Must Have
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or Production Support Engineer
- Strong experience with Observability and Monitoring
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, alerts)
- Experience with ServiceNow (incident, problem, change management)
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Nice to Have
- CI/CD and release support experience
- Experience with Kubernetes or container platforms
- Experience in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments
