We are currently looking for an Site Operations Trainer to join our growing team. This is a site-based role on an 8:6 roster. This purpose of this role is to support the operational leadership teams on site with the successful delivery of training initiatives. Ensure training strategies and development paths are being followed by Barminco employees and continuously improve onsite training and compliances.
