We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager / Site Manager to lead the successful launch and ongoing management of manufacturing operations in Mexico. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing multiple projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring smooth integration of all operational areas: Human Resources, Customs, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety and others.

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Develop and maintain a program plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and timelines of each project within the program.
