About the Role
Site Manager
Site Manager required for a 22 to 24 week contract in the Kings Cross area of London
This is a Flat Roof replacement and repair of a 7 floor art deco mansion block.
The replacement and repair of the flat roof will also include some plumbing work to replace or move pipes on the roof. Repair or replace stone work, some minor brick works and bedding in stones.
Applicants must have similar project experience, managing subcontractors on flat roof replacement and repair.
Due to the nature of the project applicants will need to be physically fit as the roof is 7 floors up
Also up to date certification is required CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS.
Project is due to start early July
