I am looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who would be available to deliver a live medical centre refurbishment in Gladstone. This project will be undertaken in an operational environment, requiring strong planning, stakeholder coordination, and a high standard of safety and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of site activities, subcontractors, and trades
- Delivery of works to programme, budget, and quality standards
- Managing refurb works within a live medical environment
- Ensure full WHS compliance, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and SWMS
- Coordination of inspections, approvals, and authority sign offs
- Liaison with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
- Quality assurance, defect management, and handover coordination
