Experienced Site Manager required for a project within a semi-live school environment in Dudley. Works include a dining hall extension, internal refurbishment works, and structural steel installations.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management
Managing trades and programme
Client and school liaison
Health & safety compliance
Coordination of structural and internal worksRequirements:
Previous experience in live/semi-live environments, ideally schools
Strong refurbishment and steel works experience
Client-facing and organised
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
Enhanced DBS essential
