Site Manager-Construction (Contract)

Averton is an experienced and award-winning homebuilder, community developer and construction management company and were looking to add a Site Manager under short term contract to our Construction team!

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for construction sites running effectively with respect to build cycles, cleanliness, safety adherence and trade partner relationships as well as the following :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure all aspects of the site are running as effectively as possible
• Ensure overall project site cleanliness by coordinating Site Assistant, subcontractors, materials, and waste in an effective manner
• Resolve onsite problems and coordinate any revisions required to base plans and budgets back to Project Manager
