 As a Site Manager for this company, you will report to and work with a supportive Construction Manager. The ideal person will have experience with: 
 
 All aspects of general building to lead and manage a team of qualified subcontractors
 Managing day-to-day construction process, making sure that quality, time, and budget are not compromised 
 Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients 
 Ensuring that client contracts, schedules, and plans are completed on time and within a budget to produce completed projects, ready for handover
