About the Role
A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Site Manager, to commence a new role with immediate effect.
Your new company are an established Regional Main Contractor, who operate out of multiple offices, from Bristol east to Guildford and down to Southampton.
This opportunity is in relation to a £24M project in Bristol. The end product will consist of a 80,000 sq ft Office Block, with the addition three new floors, and GRC façade.
My client are looking for candidate to specifically look after the Cladding / Facade elements of the project for a minimum of 6 weeks. This duration is open ended, and if all goes well, this can be extended to the end of the project and beyond.
Relevant Degree level qualifications, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid would be essential.
