About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Builder / Construction Manager to lead the on-site delivery of multi-unit residential developments in Tauranga. This is a permanent leadership role focused on execution excellence — building, leading people, managing site operations, and delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Location: Tauranga
Start date: End of March
Pay rate: $140,000–$180,000 per year
You’ll take ownership of 20–30+ unit townhouse and multi-unit residential projects, managing site activity from groundworks through to practical completion.
