Job Summary

The Site Engineer / Project In-Charge is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising construction activities, ensuring project execution according to drawings and specifications, and coordinating with all stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Execution

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to meet project schedules and targets
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and site workers
• Ensure proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment on site

Technical Responsibilities
