About the Role

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress as per project timelines.

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth execution.

Monitor material usage (cement, paints, bricks, sanitary ware, etc.) and prevent wastage.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at site.

Assist in preparing site reports, daily progress updates, and quality checks.

Communicate effectively with the project manager and procurement team for material requirements.

Conduct basic quality inspections of construction work and report discrepancies.

Support in resolving on-site technical issues and providing timely solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).

6 months – 1 year of site experience in construction / trading company preferred....
