Site Engineer

Job Description:

• Conducts daily site inspection to ensure the correct work implementation based on the approved plans and specifications in line with the standard construction guidelines.
• Prepares shop drawings and other construction bulletins to support lacking details from the working drawings through manual detailing or by means of computer aided design drafting.
• Assesses weekly billings/accomplishment reports submitted by contractors to validate correctness for payment purposes by conducting actual evaluation of unit/s.
• Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and other documents for updating purposes by actual site verification.
• Ensures the timely completion of quality standard and control over the construction of housing units for the purpose of attaining Buyers' satisfaction at least cost.
