About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and basic cost monitoring
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Support the Project Manager in site implementation
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices on site
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work on-site and under minimal supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
