- Regular visits to the project site to follow up on the progress and to ensure that the execution is in accordance with the rules.
- Preparing and following the project schedules
- Project drawings coordination and match them, and ensure their integrity and approval by the project owner
- Reviewing and coordinating all drawings (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and coordinating to make the necessary amendments to match the site.
- Solve problems that arise during project implementation.
- Reviewing project contractors’ agreements
- Preparing the daily and weekly reports
