About the Role
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to guide the construction process
- Conducting site inspections, identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise
- Liaising with project managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to construction progress, quality control, and compliance
- Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team to ensure the highest standards of workmanship
- Participating in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to contribute to the overall success of the project
