Role: Site Engineer (Civil) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Company: D&H Secheron Electrodes Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 24 years Salary: Up to 30,000/month (Based on Experience) Role Overview The Civil Site Engineer will oversee endtoend site execution for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB)/industrial steel structure projects, including foundations, anchor bolts, steel erection, sheeting/cladding, and finishing works. The role requires strong coordination, technical capability, and manpower management. Requirements 1. PEB Site Execution Execute foundation works, anchor bolt settings, base plate alignment, and grouting. Coordinate erection drawings, RFIs, and technical clarifications. Oversee steel erection, secondary members, mezzanine, crane rails, decking, and sheeting/cladding. 2. Planning & Productivity Prepare daily/weekly work plans and allocate the workforce.
