Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate foreign workers on site.
• Prepare and maintain daily attendance and timesheets for all foreign workers.
• Arrange daily work assignments according to site requirements and station needs.
• Ensure workers are deployed correctly at each station and task area.
• Monitor workers' attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Communicate daily work instructions from Site Supervisor / Manager to workers.
• Ensure smooth workflow and manpower availability at all stations.
• Assist in resolving minor worker issues and report major issues to management.
• Ensure workers follow site rules, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR on worker attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Support site operations to ensure work progress is not disrupted due to manpower issues.
