This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Architect/Site-based Building Surveyor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Provide site-based architectural/technical support to the project team
- Monitor works on site for compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Review contractor queries, RFIs, and technical submissions
- Assist with inspections, snagging, and quality assurance reporting
- Coordinate with the design team, consultants and contractor to resolve issues
- Support delivery of BCAR-related site inspections and compliance documentation (where applicable)
