About the Role
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the project site.
- Maintain employee attendance, documentation, and site records.
- Coordinate logistics, accommodation, travel, and other staff support requirements.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new joiners at the site.
- Oversee store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers regularly.
- Monitor material consumption and support the procurement team with timely requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward/outward materials and vendor deliveries.
- Support site compliance, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
- Prepare periodic reports on admin and store activities for management review
