Description
+ Conduct simulator training duties using the ATO’s A220 FSTDs.
+ Conduct additional training duties as required by the Head of Training (HOT).
+ Participate in HOT‑designated or HOT‑authorized projects.
+ Conduct training duties in accordance with the FSI job description.
+ Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Recommend revisions to SOPs where appropriate.
+ Assist with preparing courseware and training materials, including theoretical examinations, in compliance with CASA requirements.
+ Liaise with the Simulator Technical department to ensure simulators are maintained to required training standards.
+ Monitor client/student progress and develop action plans to support those not meeting required standards.
