What you will do
Contribute as process designer/architect in product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers
Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products like diodes, MOSFET based on SiC
Drive complex situations to team solutions
Lead projects that execute process development tasks
Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes
Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience
Investigate competitor processes and technologies
