**Summary**

The **Shuttle Operator** transports passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule, assists passengers with baggage/luggage, bicycles, wheelchairs, and scooters, as necessary. Regulates heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort, complies with local traffic regulations, and reports delays, incidents, or accidents.
**Responsibilities**
+ Transport passengers over assigned and established routes to and from pre-established customer locations.
+ Perform minor maintenance as conditions warrant (light bulbs, oil, washer fluid, etc.)
+ Perform daily vehicle inspections per established inspection checklist pre- and post-vehicle use.
+ Operator required to assist with loading, securing, and unloading wheelchairs, scooters and bicycles as requested.
+ Maintain discipline; report unruly behavior to dispatch.
