Job Description

1. 負責客戶需求訪談、系統方案配置規劃設計及測試、客戶教育訓練等工作。
2. 需外勤至客戶現場輔導上線，或遠程支援、排查客戶問題。
3. 能以良善的溝通技巧，有效梳理客戶需求。
4. 配合團隊作業。
