Shotfirer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shotfirer to join the Blast team at our Woodie Woodie Manganese Operation, situated 407kms south - east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara.

Reporting to the Blast Team Lead the successful applicant will be required to:

• Ability to manage the daily blast crew activities including ownership of explosive and regulatory magazine control.
• Promote safe working practises adhering to company values and procedures.
• Confirm all statutory regulations are adhered to in the drill and blast function.
• Ensuring all records of explosives storage and explosives usage are accurately maintained to a high standard.
• Provide support for the supervisor and team lead as per their direction.
• Ensure all housekeeping duties are undertaken by the drill and blast teams.
