What You’ll Do:

• Create and test content across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose long‑form videos into engaging short clips with strong hooks.
• Script, storyboard, and publish original short‑form content.
• Track performance and optimize for growth (engagement, conversions, signups).
• Manage YouTube Community & Instagram posts to drive leads.
• (Bonus) Use ManyChat or similar tools to scale engagement.
• Collaborate with the video team on editing when needed.
