- Minimum 7 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience

- Lead and support team leaders, to maintain an optimal level of competent co‑workers in the correct locations, to create an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Lead and coach team leaders and co‑workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers, translating into sales.
- Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with team leaders and co‑workers.
- Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating team leaders and co‑workers to achieve these goals and objectives.
