About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations on a project-based basis. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced with Shopify and can work independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants)
- Upload and organize products and collections
- Basic theme/content updates (banners, pages, navigation)
- Process and track orders
- Handle basic customer support (email/chat)
- Assist with inventory management
- Perform general admin tasks related to Shopify operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shopify VA or in e-commerce support
- Familiarity with Shopify dashboard and apps
- Basic knowledge of product research and SEO (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
