Shopify Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced, growth-oriented E-commerce Store Manager to own and scale our online sales channels, primarily Shopify and TikTok Shop, for the U.S. and Canadian markets. This is a revenue-accountable role, focused on conversion optimization, offer strategy, funnel performance, and cross-channel execution.

This role goes far beyond store maintenance. The E-commerce Store & Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, increasing AOV, and ensuring the store infrastructure supports paid traffic, creators, and high-ticket purchasing behavior.

The ideal candidate understands high-consideration purchases, U.S. e-commerce standards, and how to align product pages, offers, financing, content, and trust signals to convert traffic into customers.
