Shopify Ecommerce Specialist

Role Summary

Beauty by Earth is looking for a hands‑on Ecommerce Specialist to own day‑to‑day Shopify execution and conversion performance across our DTC storefront.

This role is not theoretical or advisory. You will be in the store daily — managing apps and integrations, maintaining site health, building and optimizing PDPs, launching upsells, and continuously improving conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and revenue per visitor.

You’ll work closely with Growth, Retention, Creative, Ops, and CX, but this role owns execution. If something breaks, converts poorly, or leaves money on the table — it’s yours to fix.
