Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Supervisor to oversee the receiving, stocking, pulling, shipping, and distribution of fresh produce. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day processing of transactions to ensure accuracy, meeting shipping goals and performance standards, and cross-training warehouse team members. Other duties include picking/loading and unloading as well as utilizing an ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the receiving, stocking, pulling, shipping, and distribution of fresh produce.
- Ensure accuracy in the day-to-day processing of all transactions.
- Meet shipping goals and performance standards.
- Cross-train members of the warehouse team.
- Pick, load, and unload shipments.
