Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process outgoing shipments in a timely manner.
Oversee packing, verification, and safe dispatch of goods.
Manage incoming deliveries, returns, and stock transfers.
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
Coordinate international shipments, including preparation of export paperwork and compliance checks.
Partner with management to enhance shipping and logistics processes.
Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing or eCommerce environment.
Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation.
Familiarity with customs procedures, VAT/tax, and export regulations.
