Shipping Executive

Job Overview:

Responsible to manage all shipping/FGI operations including manpower and also, drive improvement projects

for systems or processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate assigned group of subordinates to achieve departmental objectives and goals.
• Handle all communications with external/internal customers in all shipment related issues including conference call.
• Continuously drive improvement projects for systems or processes to achieve optimal operational efficiencies.
• Handle and maintained daily/weekly/monthly reports as assigned.
• Manage customer finished goods inventories including cycle count procedures, when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolving all issues arising from daily operations or customer complaints.
• Manage daily operations to ensure shipments are shipped out as scheduled with no quality issues.
