Job Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate assigned group of subordinates to achieve departmental objectives and goals.
- Handle all communications with external/internal customers in all shipment related issues including conference calls.
- Continuously drive improvement projects for systems or processes to achieve optimal operational efficiencies.
- Handle and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports as assigned.
- Manage customer finished goods inventories including cycle count procedures, when required.
