We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily shipping operations
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders
- Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Delivery Receipts, etc.)
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and customers
- Handle shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipping records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
