  Summary 
 As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational efficiency and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing parcel progress, reviewing client data, and utilizing various software tools to identify opportunities for operational enhancement and growth.
 
  Responsibilities 
 Track and trace of parcels in Progression
 Analyze and review client data around lates / unattempted and provide response to Operations Lead
 Utilize mapping software to support analysis of operational expansion opportunities
 Develop and maintain a “single source of truth” of current delivery areas
 Monitor and report on CS status packages
 Monitor and report on aging report
