* Salary:

* Shift Technician: £50,000 Basic + £5,000 Shift Allowance (£55,000 Total Package)

* Shift Leader: £55,000 Basic + £5,000 Shift Allowance (£60,000 Total Package)

* Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off (Days & Nights Rotation) – 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00)
