ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support daily production and operations by ensuring system readiness.

Utilize control systems, meters, and software to monitor system performance.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Equipment

1. To ensure machine are in good working condition.

2. To make repair if machine cannot operate.

3. To modify machine for quality and productivity.

4. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records

SMT

1. Responsible for programming and supporting Production to maximize SMT equipment.

2. Develops, reviews and improves work instructions and product documentation.

3. Summarizes and generates reports of defect tracking (SPC) and scrap reports to ensure the highest level of productivity.
