Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Responsibilities:
Responsible for the health and safety of the employees and the overall HSE performance of the work being performed under your supervision.Ensure work is performed within the HSE Management system, to ensure a high level of health and safety, Environmental stewardship and quality products and services.Conforms with all regulatory compliance requirements.Train and coach employees on SOPs, and ensure that rules, and requirements are in place, understood and practiced.Manages the day-to-day operational risk and ensure operations are working in a safe and compliant manner.Respond to HSE events to ensure proper emergency response and reporting to management.Participates in accident/incident investigations as required.Authority to stop tasks if it is deemed unsafe or the risks are not fully known.
