We are looking for an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to join our Production Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, planning and controlling production processes, and ensuring continuity of work while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.


Responsibilites

Execute the current production plan and take necessary operational actions to achieve it.
Manage the production team (Team Leaders, Technicians) by planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating work results.
Supervise compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices.
Prepare production analyses, reports, and summaries.
