HireArt is helping our client find Shift Supervisors to lead a team of Vehicle Operators (VOs), ensuring they understand and execute both short- and long-term operational goals.In this role, you’ll be a hands-on leader, working alongside your team daily to ensure all software and hardware tests are executed to high standards. You will collaborate closely with other leaders within fleet operations to safely and efficiently drive day-to-day vehicle fleet operations.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined team player with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and team development.
Available Shifts:
Wednesday-Sunday, 6:45 AM-3:15 PM or 3:45 PM-12:15 AM
Friday-Tuesday, 6:45 AM-3:15 PM or 3:45 PM-12:15 AM
