Shift Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Department Manager, the SHIFT SUPERVISOR is responsible for leading, organizing, planning and controlling production, people and processes within their assigned department. The incumbent is responsible for the achievement of the goals and objectives of the department by providing adequate resource, implementing company policies and regulations, ensuring quality compliance and meeting delivery targets and producing expected output.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

PLANNING

• Develops and implements action plan for his/her shift to achieve Company Goals /Departmental objectives.

• Submit on time required reports for the department (i.e. Plan, WIP, Actual, Shortages, Quality, and Online Panel Status, Attendance, Overtime, Quality, Cost & Delivery.
