Job Description
Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days – 06:00am-18:00pm.
Salary: £35,621 per annum.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse team and supporting the Shift Managers in meeting the safety and operational requirements.
Key Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:- Assist the Shift Manager in delivering the warehouse operation, and supporting with responding to any operational issues within the warehouse.
- Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the warehouse staff.
- Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all warehouse activities.
- Take ownership for disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases within the shift.
- Support the delivery of communication briefings so that all colleagues have been briefed and informed.
