Responsibilities

• 1. Be responsible for all warehouse receipt, movement and dispatch activities
• 2. Analyze all warehouse relevant transaction accuracy and resolve issues
• 3. Determine and refine warehouse related KPI
• 4. Ensure warehouse team members can meet KPI
• 5. Review and manage warehouse resources, manpower and space
• 6. Track and monitor inventory level and warehouse efficiency
• 7. Order necessary supplies to support warehouse operations
• 8. Continuously improve and optimize workflow and processes
• 9. Ensure the facility, assets, equipment and supplies are well managed and maintained
• 10. Train and coach new warehouse team members
• 11. Managing the performance of all warehouse team members
• 12. Execute the latest policies from the management and HQs
• 13. Track and analyze the expenses of the warehouse
