About the Role
Responsible for leading shift operations in manufacturing, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement, productivity, and cost efficiency through SIS methodology. Lead manufacturing strategies to achieve plant KPIs (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity).
Identify and eliminate losses and waste using data analysis and continuous improvement tools (SIS, root cause analysis, 5 Whys).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
Optimize production flow by eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring continuity of operations.
Drive quality performance through implementation of QA systems, standards, and corrective actions.
Manage cost deployment initiatives to reduce manufacturing expenses and improve efficiency.
