About the Role
The Shift Manager is responsible for the:
- Makes sure the store follows food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness rules while helping run daily operations.
- Helps increase sales and engages with customers to reach performance goals.
- Handles workforce needs like hiring, training, scheduling, and supporting team performance.
- Takes care of store paperwork, permits, reports, and safety requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
