⢠Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback
⢠Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
⢠Ensure team follows brand SOPs
⢠Support sales targets and daily performance
⢠2â4 years experience in QSR / Restaurant / CafĂŠ
⢠Good communication and team handling skills
⢠Customer-focused and well-groomed
⢠Able to handle rush hours calmly
