The Shift Manager oversees all production activities during their shift, ensuring safe and efficient use of employees, equipment, materials, and processes. They provide operational leadership and are accountable for meeting targets in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team engagement while maintaining compliance with all standards and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Performance Management
* Optimises line performance to meet the production schedule.
* Completes shift administration and manages crewing and performance.

* Ensures safety compliance and drives continuous improvement.

* Ensures product and process quality, including timely inspections and GMP/HACCP compliance.
