Expectations
- Work 30+ hours a week minimum
- Must meet all of the expectations of a Team Member
- Big-picture mindset and ability to make small decisions to push the team towards that vision
- Must have developed leadership qualities that will aid in leading either zones or the store during peak and non-peak hours, including making key decisions in stressful situations, high communication with the kitchen and different zone leads, and being able to coach team members through various circumstances through high-stress environments. Must have an energy and enthusiasm that motivates the team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
