About the Role
Job Title: Shift Engineer
Reporting To: Team Leader
Shift: 3-Week Rotation
Pay Rate: starting at £21.05 per hour + 15% shift allowance
PURPOSE OF ROLE
As part of the Site Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for delivering asset availability and reliability in order to maintain safety, quality and production across the Worcester Site, through reactive, preventative and corrective maintenance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Work on a rotating shift pattern to provide engineering breakdown support for the Site, execute changeovers and continuous improvement activities.
* Diagnose and overcome operational problems, working with the production team to identify root cause of problems and then suggest and implement improvements to address reliability.
* Execute PPM tasks and effectively react to unscheduled maintenance requirements with appropriate corrective action.
